Dorothy Lucille (Heckman) Thomas, 83 of Kittanning, died Monday, July 27, 2015 at the Armstrong County Health Center.
She was born May 3, 1932 to Edward and Edith (Umbaugh) Heckman.
Dorothy worked for Johnson Plastics.
She enjoyed crocheting and singing.
Dorothy is survived by her son, Albert L. (Patricia) Emmert, Jr. of Georgia; three brothers: Jim Heckman, Dale Heckman and Wayne Heckman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and brothers and sisters.
Friends will be received from 9AM until the time of the funeral service at 11AM tomorrow - Thursday, July 30, 2015 - at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning.
The Rev. John W. Snyder will officiate.
Interment will be in Lawn Haven Burial Estates.
