OBIT: Patricia L. “Pat” Smith (Worthington)

Patricia L. “Pat” Smith, 71 of Worthington, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 11, 2015.

She was born June 22, 1944 in West Franklin Township to Calvin and Beulah (Shakley) Crawford.

A lifelong Worthington resident, Pat retired from ACMH after 25 years of service.
She was an avid volunteer for the Worthington/West Franklin Volunteer Fire Department and also dedicated her time to the Worthington/West Franklin High School Reunion Committee.

In her spare time, Pat enjoyed playing cards, going to the beach and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her two daughters: Cally Wilsoncroft (and husband Chris) of Ford Cliff, and Marcy Walker (and husband David) of Rural Valley; five grandchildren: Adam Walker, who is proudly serving in the U.S. Navy, Sammy Walker, who is proudly serving in the U.S. Air Force, Mia Walker, Nicholas Wilsoncroft, who is proudly serving in the U.S. Navy and Angela Wilsoncroft; step-granddaughter, Alysa Walker; two brothers: Richard Crawford (and wife, Connie) of Kittanning and Robert Crawford (and wife Marie) of Worthington; and sister, June Smith of Worthington.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents; and five sisters: Dorothy Budd, Louise Giff, Jean Smith, Betty Mularchik and infant sister, Vivian Crawford.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9PM Thursday, July 16, 2015 at the F. Duane Snyder Funeral Home in Worthington.

Additional visitation will be offered from 10AM until the time of the funeral service at 11AM Friday, July 17, 2015 at the funeral home.

The Rev. Tim Lewis will be officiating.

Interment will be in Worthington Presbyterian Cemetery.
