OBIT: Stephan Bohan (Dayton, PA)
Stephan “Buck” Bohan, 87, of Dayton, passed away on May 14, 2015 at ACMH Hospital.
He was born on January 8, 1928 to John and Kathryn (Protinak) Bohan in Sagamore. Stephan worked as a Caster for Eljer Plumbingware in Ford City. He was of Catholic Faith. Stephan enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, hunting and farming.
Stephan is survived by his wife: Lauretta; son: Jeffrey (Val) Watterson of Dayton, PA; two brothers: Frank Bohan of Ford City and Walter (Sylvia) Bohan of Pendleton, KY; sister: Anna Clark of Atlanta, GA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers: John, Michael and Peter Bohan; and two sisters: Mary Andrews and Julia Pompelia.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 18, 2015, 6-9PM at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home in Rural Valley.
A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, May 19, 2015, at 11AM at the St. Mary, Mother of God Roman Catholic Church in Yatesboro with Fr. Douglas Dorula officiating.
Burial will take place on Buck’s farm.
