OBIT: Lydia M. Trainer (Yatesboro)

Lydia M. Trainer, 86, of Yatesboro, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at the Kittanning Care Center.

She was born on November 1, 1928 to Michael and Adelaide (Curadi) Fornari in Yatesboro.

Lydia worked as a Secretary for 23 years for U.S. Steel - Pittsburgh and Robert Petrosky, Esq. in Kittanning.

She was a member of New Hope Assembly of God - NuMine.

Lydia is survived by her brother, Mike (Betty) Fornari of Latrobe.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Howard Trainer who died in 1967; sister, Maria Fornari; and brother, Francis Fornari.

Friends will be received from 7-9PM tomorrow – Friday, March 27, 2015 - at Carson/Boyer Funeral Home in Rural Valley.

Funeral services will be held at 11AM Saturday, March 28, 2015 at the New Hope Assembly of God in NuMine, with Pastor Steve Kromer officiating.

Burial will take place in the St. Mary’s R.C. Cemetery, Yatesboro.

The family would like to thank Kittanning Care Center for the love they showed their sister, as well as to Rose Zajak and Dave for their help, love and special care.
