Adrian Man Caused Two-Vehicle Crash in Tarrtown
An Adrian man was charged with driving too closely to another vehicle following a two-vehicle accident Tuesday afternoon.
Robert Croyle, 68, swerved the 1999 Chrysler Town and Country he was operating into the southbound lane of Tarrtown Road about 3:20PM December 30 to avoid a rear-end collision with a 2002 Dodge Dakota - driven by Loren Bender, 37 of Meyersdale - attempting a left-hand turn, but he sideswiped her vehicle.
Both occupants were wearing their seat belts at the time of the crash, and no injuries were reported to investigating Pennsylvania State Police troopers.
Bender’s Dodge Dakota was rendered inoperable and had to be towed from the scene by B&T Towing.
