OBIT: Lola C. Zambotti (Kittanning)

Lola C. Zambotti, 86, of Kittanning, died on Sunday, November 30, 2014 at the Armstrong County Health Center.

She was born in Bethel Township on January 15, 1928, a daughter of Joseph E. and Verna (Spang) Mansfield.

A 1948 graduate of Ford City High School, she was a lifelong member of the First Baptist Church in Kittanning.

Lola is survived by her husband of 63 years: Frederick Zambotti, Sr., whom she married on June 25, 1951; sons: Frederick Zambotti Jr. and fiance Nancy from Ford City, and Leslie H. Zambotti and wife Lori from Ford City; grandchildren: Scott G. Zambotti, Brett G. Zambotti, Matt G. Zambotti, Kaitlin A. Zambotti, and Sarah E. Zambotti.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters: Josephine Speer, Marie Chivers, and Rose Bish; and brothers: Raymond and Samuel Mansfield.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 PM on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home in Kittanning, where a funeral service will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 with the Reverend Ken Thompson officiating. Interment will take place in the Kittanning Cemetery.
