Kittanning Pair Accused of Retail Theft
A pair of Kittanning men was cited by State Police troopers after an incident in East Franklin Township last night.
Nathaniel Robb and Austin Toy, both 19, were observed by Wal-Mart security personnel attempting to steal fantasy playing cards at about 7:25PM, according to a State Police information release. Both men were detained and the cards recovered.
Both were cited for summary retail theft with non-traffic citations before District Magisterial Judge James Owen.
