New Kensington Woman Accused of Simple Assault
A New Kensington couple visiting Armstrong County got into a physical altercation that led to a woman spending the night in the County Jail.
Jessica Caldwell, 26 allegedly bit and scratched the forearms of Craig Ventrosco, 28 Sunday morning, causing bleeding during the fight along Piper Drive in Manor Township.
Caldwell was arrested on simple assault and harassment charges by state police troopers and arraigned before District Magisterial Judge Gary Decomo later that day. She was taken to jail on $2,500 bond.
Caldwell posted a portion of her bail and was released later that day.
