Further details have been released regarding the two vehicle accident at the intersection of Glade Run Road and Route 422 in East Franklin Township Friday.
The incident reportedly occurred at 3PM April 13 when Amy Grafton, 43 of Kittanning tried to turn left onto Glade Run Road off of Route 422 in her 2009 black Buick Enclave. Grafton allegedly failed to recognize a 2003 red Chevrolet Avalanche truck traveling east on 422 and pulled into its path.

Neither Grafton nor her juvenile passenger were injured, but the Avalanche occupants – David Thompson, 60 and Sandra Gaskell, 64, both of Templeton – suffered minor injuries and were taken by Kittanning #6 emergency medical personnel to ACMH Hospital.
An update to their medical conditions was not available.
Grafton is to be in violation of the motor vehicle code. She is to be charged.
