Three Drivers Avoid Injury on Route 28 Collision
Three drivers avoided injury January 11 while traveling State Route 28. As Shelbey Hetler, 20 of Tarentum, was traveling in the right lane at approximately 8:28PM, Frederick Young, 32 of Freeport, was trying to pass her and Wayne Blitch, 35 of North Versailles. Hetler lost control of her 2009 Kia Spectra and collided with Young. Blitch was also unable to avoid the crash. Hetler was charged with not staying in her lane.
